Training and Professional Development

The Emerging Sun Team supports our clients by producing the appropriate materials and facilitating training sessions, typically on-site client locations. Emerging Sun leverages leading training and leadership development practices from experiences across the federal government and commercial industries.

Our team typically provides support with the following three core activities:

  1. Upfront Training Preparation: we will meet with appropriate client leaders to further understand your training requirements and develop an agenda and supporting training materials to make these teambuilding sessions effective and valuable for participants
  2. Training Session Facilitation: Emerging Sun will actively facilitate the training sessions based on the defined materials, and will engage the participants in a series of exercises designed to achieve the specified program goals
  3. Preparation of Debrief Materials: After each session is concluded, Emerging Sun will produce a summary of the results of each session, and will package these debrief learnings for client leadership to leverage for future training sessions.
